Terms of Service
Last updated: March 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AyurvedaRx.ai (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Platform is operated by AyurvedaRx.ai (“we”, “our”). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
The Platform is intended exclusively for licensed Ayurvedic medical practitioners holding a valid BAMS degree or Registered Medical Practitioner (RMP) certification. By registering, you confirm that you hold a valid medical license to practice Ayurvedic medicine in your jurisdiction.
3. Nature of the Service
AyurvedaRx.ai is a Clinical Decision Support System (CDSS). It provides treatment recommendations based on classical Ayurvedic texts using deterministic logic. The Platform:
- Does NOT provide medical advice — it is a reference tool for qualified practitioners
- Does NOT replace clinical judgment — the treating doctor always has final authority over all clinical decisions
- Uses AI only for data extraction — AI parses diagnostic reports and patient complaints, but never generates clinical recommendations
- Sources all recommendations from classical texts — Charaka Samhita, Sushruta Samhita, Ashtanga Hridayam, and other authenticated references
4. Doctor Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for all clinical decisions made using the Platform
- You must verify all CDSS recommendations against your clinical judgment before applying them to patient care
- You are responsible for obtaining patient consent before entering their data into the Platform
- You must comply with all applicable medical regulations, including the Indian Medical Council guidelines
- You must keep your account credentials secure and not share access
5. Limitation of Liability
AyurvedaRx.ai provides clinical decision support as a reference tool. We are not liable for any clinical outcomes, adverse events, or patient harm arising from the use of CDSS recommendations. The treating physician bears full responsibility for patient care decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AyurvedaRx.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
6. Subscription & Payments
- Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at registration
- Payments are processed through Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant)
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no prorated refunds
- Patient data is retained for 7 years after subscription cancellation per medical record requirements
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST
7. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its CDSS engine, data structures, user interface, and documentation, is the intellectual property of AyurvedaRx.ai. Classical Ayurvedic knowledge referenced in the CDSS is sourced from public domain texts and attributed accordingly.
8. Data Protection
We handle all personal and clinical data in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA). See our Privacy Policy for full details on data collection, storage, and your rights.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, misuse the Platform, or if your medical license is revoked. Upon termination, your access to the Platform ceases, but patient data is retained per legal requirements.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
